ITINERARY
Day 01: LIMA
Arrival in Lima and transfer to hotel / overnight.
Day 02: LIMA – CUSCO
Breakfast/ transfer to Lima Airport / Flight to Cusco/ Arrival in Cusco and transfer to hotel / in the afternoon, guided tour of the city and surrounding ruins / overnight.
Day 03: CUSCO – Sacred Valley – CUSCO
Guided excursion to Sacred Valley / lunch buffet at one of the typical restaurants in the valley / In the afternoon, visit to the small towns of Calca, Urubamba, Chincheros and the Ollantaytambo Fortress /
Return to Cusco / overnight in Cusco
Day 04: CUSCO - Machu Picchu – CUSCO
Breakfast / Transfer to train station / Train to Machu Picchu/ Round trip bus ticket to the Sanctuary
/ Guided tour of the Sanctuary / Lunch buffet / In the afternoon, return by train to Cusco / Transfer station – hotel / overnight
Day 05: CUSCO – PUNO
Breakfast / Transfer to train station or bus station / Departure to Puno / 6–hours trip to Puno, chance to observe Vicuñas, Alpacas and Llamas / Arrival in Puno and transportation to hotel / overnight in Puno.
Day 06: PUNO
Breakfast/. Transfer to the port for the start of the Lake Titicaca excursion, the highest navigable lake in the world (3,800 m.a.s.l.). Trip to the Uros floating islands./ Return to hotel./ In the afternoon visit to the funerary tombs or “Chullpas” at Sillustani ( cylindrical stone structures from the Tiahuanaco culture) / Overnight.
Day 07: PUNO – Juliaca – AREQUIPA
Breakfast / Transfer to Juliaca Airport / flight to Arequipa / Arrival in Arequipa and transfer to hotel / in the afternoon, city Tour / overnight in AQP.
Day 08: AREQUIPA – LIMA
Breakfast / Transfer to Arequipa Airport / Flight to Lima / arrival in Lima and transfer to hotel / overnight in Lima.
Day 10 : LIMA
Breakfast / free morning / Lunch or dinner at local restaurant / transportation from hotel to the airport
