GIT’s and FIT’s should be confirmed 45 days with anticipation before arriving, having to effect in conjunction with the reserve a down payment of 50% of the total cost, the residual 50% of the total amount should be cancelled 30 days before arriving.
The tariffs are valid as of the 1st of January till the 31st of December except Easter week, Inty Raymi holiday ( 20-27 June), Christmas, New Year, or any other black out, we will let you know with the required anticipation by e-mail.
The prices per person are net, non commissionable and are expressed in U.S. Dollars.

The airlines are responsible for their flights and itineraries.

REINBURSEMENTS
Reimbursements will be made directly to the operator or corresponding agency.
The passenger who does not show up or interrupts an excursion, will not be subject to any kind of reimbursement.
MODIFICATIONS
Viajero Tours may reserve the right to modify the itinerary for justified reasons or when it may be necessary for a better development of the program.
DOCUMENTATION
The personal documents that may be necessary in order to effect the journey as well as the custody and possession of travelling documents, which are handed over (vouchers), are of the entire responsibility of the traveller.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Viajero Tours acts only as intermediary between the passenger and final service providers, with regards to travel whether by car, by boat, or airplane and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident delay or any other irregularities that may be caused either by reasons of defect in the vehicle or for any reason while engaged in conveying the client or carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Viajero Tours can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or change in air or other services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or other causes, all such expenses will have to be born by the passenger.
The right is reserved to accept or decline any person as members of a tour if he/she causes serious problems or an alteration in normal conduct.

The prices for the tours are based on tariffs and exchange rates in effect, after January and as subject to adjustment in the event of any change thereafter.
